- Will you show me which other stores share my descriptions?
- No, and we never will. Optaru is a tool to fix your store, not to name other stores. We only ever report a number — how many stores a description appears on — never who they are.
- How often can a store be scanned?
- A store's live catalogue is read at most once every seven days; everyone else is served the cached result. This keeps the tool from ever pressuring another site.
- Is my result public?
- No. Results are private by default, at an unguessable link that search engines are told never to index. You choose whether to share it.
